1. Digital Product Terms

By purchasing digital products from Global Vet & Co, you acknowledge that all ebooks are delivered electronically in digital format. Products are available for immediate download upon successful payment processing. Digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense due to their intangible nature.

2. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ebook for personal, educational, or professional veterinary purposes. You may download and store the content on your personal devices. Sharing, distributing, or reselling the content is strictly prohibited. Commercial use beyond individual practice is not permitted without express written consent.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase only in cases of technical defects that prevent access to the content, duplicate purchases, or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted with proof of the technical issue. Dissatisfaction with content does not constitute grounds for refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All ebooks, content, graphics, and materials are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Global Vet & Co and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. Users retain no ownership rights to the digital content.

5. Liability Limitations

Global Vet & Co provides educational content for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of the information. Users assume full responsibility for applying any knowledge gained. 6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
