How do I download my books?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link. Links are valid for 7 days from generation (when the link is created), not from first use. Keep your files permanently. If a link expires, email info@globalvetco.com and we will send a fresh link at no charge.

What format are the files?

Most titles are PDF e-books. Some listings also include video, 3D, or extras ZIP files — check the product page for what that title delivers. The library is not a single format.

Can I print the books?

PDF e-books may be printed for personal use. Video, 3D, and extras packs are for use on your devices. Redistribution or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer refunds?

E-books: we offer a 7-day refund if your file has not yet been downloaded. Once downloaded, sales are final — but technical issues are always fixed or refunded, with no time limit. Online courses (GlobalVet Anesthesia Academy, GlobalVet Imaging Academy and GlobalVet Clinical Atlas, including their bundles) have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email info@globalvetco.com with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shopify Payments (all major credit/debit cards), PayPal, and USDC crypto.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.

Can I access files on multiple devices?

Yes. Keep your downloaded files permanently and use them on devices you own. If you need a fresh download link, email info@globalvetco.com and we will send one at no charge.
