How do I download my books?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page. Links are active for 30 days.

What format are the books?

All books are delivered as PDF files — the universal standard for digital documents. They work on any device with a PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.).

Can I print the books?

Yes, PDFs can be printed for personal use. However, redistribution or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund if your file has not yet been downloaded. Once downloaded, sales are final — but technical issues are always fixed or refunded, with no time limit. Email info@globalvetco.com with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shopify Payments (all major credit/debit cards), PayPal, and USDC crypto.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.

Can I access books on multiple devices?

Yes. Once downloaded, the PDF file is yours to keep and use on any device you own.
