Refund policy

Digital products only. Items sold by Global Vet & Co Ltd are digital: PDF e-books and, where the product listing includes them, video, 3D, or extras ZIP files, plus online courses unlocked with a personal access code. No physical goods are shipped and no physical return address applies.

Online courses — 30-day money-back guarantee. Our online courses (GlobalVet Anesthesia Academy, GlobalVet Imaging Academy and GlobalVet Clinical Atlas), including their bundles, come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a course is not right for you, email info@globalvetco.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. For a course bundle, the guarantee covers the whole bundle, including the e-books in it. The e-book terms below apply to e-books bought on their own.

E-books: 7-day refund (file not yet downloaded). You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the file has not yet been downloaded from your delivery link. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

Technical issues — always fixed or refunded. If you experience any problem downloading or opening your purchase — broken link, expired link, corrupted file, wrong title, a file that won't open, or a course access code that doesn't work — contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full, regardless of time since purchase. There is no expiry on technical support for your order.

Re-downloads. Your delivery email contains a secure download link valid for 7 days from generation (when the link is created), not from first use. Keep your files permanently. If your link has expired, email us and we'll send a fresh link at no charge — no time limit, no re-download cap for legitimate access issues.

How to request. Email info@globalvetco.com with your order number and a brief description. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Not eligible. Refunds are not available for: (a) change of mind after the file has been downloaded, for e-books bought on their own; (b) files or course access codes shared, redistributed or resold in violation of our terms; (c) e-book purchases more than 7 days old where the file has already been downloaded successfully; (d) course purchases more than 30 days old.

These exclusions do not limit the technical-issue remedy above or your statutory rights.
