Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (PDF e-books) from Global Vet & Co are final and non-refundable.

Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” This policy protects our intellectual property and allows us to offer competitive pricing.

Exceptions

We may offer store credit or replacement downloads in cases of:

• Technical download failure (file corrupted or inaccessible)
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same title
• Wrong product delivered due to our error

How to Request an Exception

Email info@globalvetco.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in permanent account suspension.
