Digital products only. All items sold by Global Vet & Co Ltd are downloadable PDF e-books. No physical goods are shipped and no physical return address applies.

7-day refund (file not yet downloaded). You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the PDF file has not yet been downloaded from your delivery link. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

Technical issues — always fixed or refunded. If you experience any problem downloading or opening your e-book — broken link, expired link, corrupted file, wrong title, or a file that won't open — contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full, regardless of time since purchase. There is no expiry on technical support for your order.

Re-downloads. Your delivery email contains a secure download link valid for 7 days from first use. If your link has expired, email us and we'll send a fresh link at no charge — no time limit, no re-download cap for legitimate access issues.

How to request. Email info@globalvetco.com with your order number and a brief description. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Not eligible. Refunds are not available for: (a) change of mind after the file has been downloaded; (b) files shared, redistributed or resold in violation of our terms; (c) purchases more than 7 days old where the file has already been downloaded successfully.
